Grain to Grain Transfers Click picture to watch video clip Here's a few short clips from our Grain-to-Grain Transfer chapter. Using the G2G chapter on our DVD, you’ll learn to take one fully colonized jar of rye grain (or any other cereal grain or corn) and use it to inoculate ten more jars of sterilized grains for growing mushrooms. The keys to success are to have a very clean room, and use a glovebox as described in the BRF TEK Part 2 Video, or a laminar flow hood as demonstrated in this video clip. As with all aspects of working with grains, use the the most sterile procedures possible. Wear surgical gloves and mask, hairnet, etc. Marc R Keith
